Your mission
As Sales Operations Specialist, you ensure structure, transparency, and operational discipline across the commercial organization. You own the CRM as the single source of truth, maintain a reliable deal pipeline, and ensure that transactions are properly documented and execution-ready.
Working closely with Sales, Finance, and external partners, you coordinate the operational processes that allow deals to move smoothly from opportunity to completion. By bringing clarity, structure, and accountability to commercial workflows, you enable the Sales team to operate efficiently and reliably.

We operate a curated B2B marketplace where battery assets from electric vehicles and energy storage systems are assessed, documented, and matched with the right next step, either reuse in second-life applications or recycling.
Our platform brings together standardized asset information, battery data analysis, and regulatory guidance so that buyers and sellers know what is being traded, what is required, and what comes next. This reduces uncertainty, shortens decision cycles, and prevents battery transactions from getting stuck late in the process.
By making battery reuse and recycling easier to execute at scale, Circunomics supports the energy transition and helps turn used batteries into valuable resources rather than waste.
